Gods and Bulls

What could be more totally male than a bull? it may not strike us now, in this age of A.I. (insemination not intelligence) as the obvious choice for erotic fantasy but in early mythologies there are gods disguised as bulls, siring various offspring.
The great Zeus, in the guise of a white bull, carried off Europa, to the island of crete where she bore him three sons, one of whom, Minos, became king of Crete.
Minos married Pasiphae, daughter of Helios the sun god. Poseidon give Minos a white bull to sacrifice. When he did not sacrifice it poseidon's curse was that Pasiphae would be overcome with desire for the bull. Letting the beautiful bull run with the herd did not result in quite the addition to the blood line that minos expected.

Burning with desire Pasiphae wandered among the animals trying to attract the interest of the bull.
He was indifferent. In desperation she conceived of the idea of a hollow wooden cow, and had the famous craftsman Daedalus build it. It must have been strong and convincingly cow like, and also an intimate fit!
The beast was now interested in her, mounted the surrogate cow and impregnated her.
