Primary Sources

Two linear texts: one a Shakespeare play and one a postmodern novel. Two non-linear texts (hypertext works written in Storyspace). It will therefore be possible to consider texts of different genre and different literary periods.

Banks, Iain - The Wasp Factory (Abacus, London - 1984)
Jackson, Shelley - Patchwork Girl (Eastgate Systems)
Stuart Moulthrop- Victory Garden (Eastgate Systems 1991)
Shakespeare, William - The Tempest (1611)

I have not yet obtained Patchwork Girl or Victory Garden (which are hypertexts written in Storyspace) as they can only be obtained from Eastgate Publishing. I have however read a number of reviews and extracts.
